  • This is the Vintage loupe By Carl-Zeiss make in 1960-1970 JENA 10X model CZJ10.It A Vintage,Body Make Of Bakelite,let me share some knowledge of the vintage loupe and new loupe,the main difference that make the Vintage Loupe Wanted By People The Reason Are The Older Carl Zeiss Loupes,they are make of 2 sort of lens which are flintglass & crownglass,therefore during the years,the type of glass has change,the lenses do not look the same,also different adhesive were used.why people prefer the older lens though the older one and newer one are only using APL (Aplanatic),because the newer model have an anti reflective coating which is not popular by the collectors of thai,and also the older vintage loupes len are better and that is the reason why it is more demanded.some rare vintage model can easily cost above sgd 2000 over dollars.if u have any question on any carl zeiss loupe folding magnifier,pls feel free to contact me for more information,up till now,i have collected more than 20 loupes personally.i have been studing loupes from quite sometime. so basically i find it a very fun and so much thing to learn,just like amulets.not only amulet have fake,even the carl zeiss loupes have fake.so gonna becareful.the safest is still to go along with jena series,it was considered a wiser choice and the safest choice to play.
